The sandbar at low tide

Pictures from our day trip to Tahiti Beach. Tahiti Beach is a shallow spit of land that stick out from Elbow Cay. At low tide it is completely exposed and leaves lots of shells, sea glass and sea biscuits. Great place to wade in shallow water and enjoy the sand and the beautiful view. On one side is the Sea of Abaco which is fairly shallow--10' or less in many places and the view through Tilloo cut from Tahiti beach reveals the Atlantic ocean in all its rage, depth and beauty.
