The trip home from Marsh Harbor went well until we got to Chicago when they cancelled our flight to Ft. Wayne due to snow in Chicago and ice in Ft. Wayne--not only cancelled but they rescheduled the flight 2 days later!--so off to the el we went where we rode the subway to downtown Chicago and then picked up the South Shore railway (electric) to South Bend. Our son Brian and granddaughter Elizabeth picked us up in South Bend and delivered us home. Our power was on but many in the area were without power for five days. A whirlwind at home with Christmas and going somewhere every night or having guests and besides we had some brutally cold weather, snow and more ice. On the way to the neighbors house, Judy went zooming on the ice and luckily did not break anything but has a sore tailbone and rear end to show for it. The days went by quickly and soon we were on our way back to the Bahamas. The trip went smoothly

Hey Jim, you're kind of slacking...hard for us Hoosier's to live vicariously through you and Judy if you don't update us on your lazy days! Hope you guys are having a great time in the sunny south...We've had 6 inches of snow and no school for 3 days...We'll now be going into June...Oh, well!
